Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had to spend six years away from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card to complete college. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous events, such as her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. In 2009 she had won four health titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to get her college degree. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she came in third. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and returned with a 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectations. The athlete was satisfied about her position. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull downs. In the beginning, she is warm before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
